We began by gathering around Dr. Chris Paradise, gazing at the butterflies in his display cases as he explained their life cycles. Then with nets and magnifying glasses in hand, we traipsed the meadows discovering all kinds of wonders: butterflies, moths, bumblebees, grasshoppers, beetles… Kids and parents alike repeatedly returned to Dr. Paradise to ask questions about the wonders we discovered. It was a remarkable morning!
